This lab includes MS Learn content which is fully integrated in the account portal and lab environment.
This lab teaches learners to hand off multi-step knowledge work to Microsoft Copilot Cowork, the agentic task mode of Microsoft 365 Copilot, and to verify what it returns. In one end-to-end lab, learners run eight scenarios that cover briefings, weekly status reporting, inbox triage, meeting follow-through, post-absence catch-up, project dashboards, multi-file deliverables across Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF, and custom reusable skills. The work spans the Microsoft 365 admin center, where Copilot cost management is activated, a PowerShell setup script that seeds a Contoso tenant through Microsoft Graph, and the Copilot Cowork interface at copilot.cloud.microsoft.com. Several scenarios are converted into recurring scheduled tasks. Human oversight runs through every scenario: prompts instruct Cowork to hold drafts for review and never send, and each task closes with an expected-outcome check that confirms the result is grounded in real emails, chats, files, meetings, and tasks.
Labs are available in English.
