Full Branding Control with Theme Management

The new Learning Partner Theme Management features allow each partner to personalize the appearance of their own branded portal within the XtremeLabs system. This ensures that every learner’s interaction aligns with your institution’s brand and visual standards.

With Theme Management, partners can now:

• Upload Logos to display their brand prominently on the platform
• Customize Header and Footer Text for clear, consistent branding
• Adjust Colors for lab tiles, buttons, links, and backgrounds
• Select Fonts and Styles to match brand guidelines

These capabilities help create unified, professional experience for your instructors and learners while maintaining the trusted functionality of XtremeLabs.

• Each learning partner can easily upload their logo and edit header and footer text to align the platform with their unique brand identity.
• These updates can be made instantly and independently — no developer support required.

Theme Setup Request Feature

• Upon request, the XtremeLabs Team can configure theme properties such as colors, fonts, and styles through a simple, user-friendly setup process.
• Partners can fully customize the look and feel of their branded portal — adjusting colors for lab tiles, links, buttons, and backgrounds to align with their organization’s visual identity.
• This feature ensures every learning partner can deliver a consistent, professional experience that reflects their brand.

Two Levels of Theme Targeting

• Domain-Based Theme: Applies a consistent look and feel to all visitors accessing a specific domain (e.g., https://TestEnvironment.com).
• Learning Partner (LP)-Based Theme: Applies a customized theme specifically for users associated with a particular learning partner or organization.
